上海华谊(集团)公司(以下简称“集团”)是由上海市政府国有资产监督管理委员会授权,通过资产重组建立的大型化工企业集团。2016年5月,集团核心资产实现整体上市。集团坚持“绿色发展、创新发展、高端发展、跨市发展和一体化发展”五大发展战略,形成“能源化工、绿色轮胎、先进材料、精细化工、化工服务”五大核心业务。在江苏、安徽、重庆、新疆、内蒙古、山东等11个省市自治区及海外拥有40余个工厂及生产基地。

Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company is a large-scale chemical enterprise group established via assets reorganization, which is authorized by Shanghai Municipal SASAC. Huayi’s core assets were listed in May 2016. Huayi adheres to the five development strategies of ‘Eco-friendly Development, Innovation-driven Development, High-end Development , Cross-city Development and Integrated Development’, and focuses on the five core businesses of ‘Energy Chemicals, Green Tire, Advanced Materials, Fine Chemicals and Chemical Services’. There are 40 factories and production bases of Huayi in 11 provinces of China and overseas such as Jiangsu, Anhui, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and Shandong.

In 2020, Huayi ranks 346th in Top 500 Enterprises of China, 158nd in Top 500 Manufactures of China, 32nd in Top 100 Enterprises of Shanghai, 10th in Top 50 Manufactures of Shanghai and 5th in Top 100 Chemical Feedstock and Product Manufactures of China. 



7.可降解塑料研发与应用推广

背景描述:国家发展改革委发布的《生态环境部关于进一步加强塑料污染治理的意见》中提出,以可循环、易回收、可降解为导向,研发推广性能达标、绿色环保、经济适用的塑料制品及替代产品。在“限塑令”不断升级的背景下,可降解塑料将迎来重大发展机遇。

目标:推行绿色设计,聚焦可循环、易回收、可降解替代材料和产品的研发与应用,提升可降解塑料制品的安全性和回收利用性能,降低应用成本,促进其在包装、餐具、农用薄膜、生物医用高分子材料等领域的应用。

7. Development and Application of Degradable Plastics

Background Description: In the ‘Opinions on Further Strengthening Plastic Pollution Control of Ministry of Ecological Environment’ issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, it is proposed that the plastic products and alternatives, which are recyclable and degradable, are encouraged. In this context, the degradable plastics will embrace the opportunity for rapid development.

Objective: Based on the green design, we are exploring the technology development and application of the degradable plastics that improve the safety and recycling performance, reduce the application costs, and promote the application in the fields of packaging, tableware, agricultural film, biomedical polymer materials, etc.


30.氢能及利用核心关键技术开发

背景描述:氢能作为一种储量丰富、热值高、能量密度大、来源多样的绿色能源,被誉为21世纪的“终极能源”。我国正在积极布局氢能发展战略,氢能及利用或将成为我国履行“碳”责任,实现“碳中和”的重要路径之一。

目标:围绕氢能及下游综合利用,聚焦氢燃料电池及其核心部件、分布式发电、氢能供热、氢储能等核心关键技术开发和应用,推动氢燃料电池在交通、发电和储能等领域的应用,尽快发挥在碳达峰、碳中和中的贡献。

30. Critical Technology Development of Hydrogen Energy and its Utilization

Background Description: As a kind of green energy with abundant reserves, high calorific value, high energy density and diverse sources, hydrogen energy is known as the ‘ultimate energy’. China is actively planning a strategy for hydrogen energy development, therefore, its utilization is expected to be the essential approach to achieve the peak CO2 emissions and carbon neutrality.

Objective: To promote the application of hydrogen fuel cells in the fields of transportation, power generation and energy storage, we are exploring the critical technologies of hydrogen fuel cells and core components, distributed generation, hydrogen heating and hydrogen storage, etc.
