Red Avenue New Material Group Co., Ltd., located in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, is a world-leading integrated service provider specializing in new materials industry. 16.可持续包装解决方案

背景描述:包装是许多关注可持续发展议题的伙伴们都在重点创新的方向,彤程也不例外,但是除了创新低碳的新兴材料以外,彤程还希望从加工技术和产品设计层面探索更多的可能性,其关注的包装类型不乏快递物流包装、食品包装、快消品包装、外卖包装等。

目标:
新兴材料:有助于回收的单一原材料或低碳、生物基、生物降解等材料在发泡、胶带等材料应用。
绿色加工:数字化生产、信息和资源回收等管理体系、二氧化碳再利用等智慧工厂相关解决方案。
创新设计:轻量减量的包装设计、增加封存性的包装设计、基于技术的创新,如可应用于油墨、涂料、传感器、嵌入物、小包装和活性包装的前沿包装设计。

16. Sustainable Packaging Solutions

Background Description: Packaging is the innovative direction that many partners who are concerned about sustainable development are focusing on, and so does Red Avenue. However, in addition to innovating low-carbon new materials, Red Avenue also longs for exploring more possibilities from the aspects of processing technology and product design. There are many types of packaging that it pays attention to, including logistics packaging, food packaging, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) packaging, and takeaway packaging, etc.

Objective:
New materials: Single raw materials that contribute to recycling, or low-carbon, bio-based, and biodegradable materials, etc. that are used in foam, tapes, and other materials.
Green processing: Digital production, information and resource recovery management systems, carbon dioxide reuse and other smart factory related solutions.
Innovative design: Lightweight and reduced packaging design, packaging design to increase seal ability, technology-based innovation, such as cutting-edge packaging design that can be applied to inks, coatings, sensors, inserts, small packaging, and active packaging. 


17.绿色纺织纤维及回收再利用

背景描述:纺织品是彤程关注的另一个材料方向,除了纤维原材料外,其加工过程和回收体系也是重点关注方向。

目标:
生物降解纤维:利用分子结构设计,开发能短时间内在自然丢弃或水体环境中无毒无害降解的纤维材料,通过合金化赋予纤维良好的加工应用性能,并避免一次性纺织品大量使用并丢弃后造成污染的解决方案,主要应用场景包含但不限于一般服饰、一次性医疗卫生纺织品(纸尿裤、卫生巾、护理垫、手术衣)等。
生物基纤维:衍生的生物基原料与聚合物纤维,如基于呋喃二甲酸的 PEF、异山梨糖醇共聚酯等,进而实现生物原料和产品可再生。
功能化纺织纤维:通过分子结构设计来调控纤维和纺织品性能,降低纺织品物理损耗,延长使用周期,实现微塑料减量。
绿色加工:更清洁的加工溶剂和原液着色工艺,数字化的高效能生产管理系统。
回收再造:基于纺织品的回收体系和技术平台,有助于回收的分类分级评价体系,更专业化高值化的再生方案。

17. Green Textiles

Background Description: Textile is another material direction that Red Avenue concerns about. In addition to fiber raw materials, its processing process and recycling system are also key directions.

Objective:
Biodegradable fiber: Use molecular structure design to develop fiber materials that can be discarded naturally in a short time or stay in a water environment without toxic and harmful degradation. Through alloying, the fiber has good processing and application performance, and avoids the pollution of large-scale use and disposals. The main application scenarios for solutions include but are not limited to general clothing, disposable medical and sanitary textiles (diapers, sanitary napkins, nursing pads, surgical gowns), etc.
Bio-based fiber: Derived bio-based raw materials and polymer fibers, such as furan dicarboxylic acid-based PEF, isosorbide co-polyester, etc., to achieve renewable biological raw materials and products.
Functionalized textile fibers: Reduce the physical loss of textiles, extend the life cycle, and realize the reduction of microplastics through molecular structure design to control the properties of fibers and textiles.
Green processing: Cleaner processing solvents and dope dyeing technology, digitalized high-efficiency production management system.
Recycling and remanufacturing: A recycling system and technology platform based on textiles, a classification and grading evaluation system that helps recycling, specialize and high-value use of recycled textiles.
