背景描述:2020年中国首次提出碳中和承诺,力争于2030年前实现碳排放达峰,2060年努力争取实现碳中和。二氧化碳的捕捉、利用与封存技术是实现长期气候目标的重要手段。除直接将二氧化碳捕获然后封存路线外,如将捕获的二氧化碳转化为具有高附加值的下游产品将创造更大的社会、经济效益。

目标:开发低成本的二氧化碳捕获技术及装置;以二氧化碳为原料制备各类具有应用价值的产品。

5. Capture and Utilization of Carbon Dioxide 

Background: China made carbon neutral commitment in 2020, aiming to reach peak emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. The capture, utilization and storage of COis a crucial method to achieve long-term climate goals. In addition to the direct capture and storage of COroute, converting the captured CO2  into high-value downstream products will create greater social and economic benefits.

Targets: Developing low-cost COcapture technologies and equipment. Producing various high-value products by using CO2as the main raw material.

目标:通过化学回收法将废塑料转化成高品质的油品及化工产品。

Background: Plastic pollution is of growing concern, and has gained international attention from governments, media and public. Plastic recycling can not only solve the potential pollution resulted from landfill and incineration treatment, but also improve the utilization efficiency of plastic resources.

Targets: Converting plastic into high-quality oil and chemical products by chemical recycling process.
