On June 18, 2021, the opening ceremony of Shanghai International Chemical New Materials Innovation Center and 2021 “SCIP+” Green Chemical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park. Shanghai International Chemical New Materials Innovation Center led by Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (INNOGREEN), joined hands with the first enterprises to enter the stage of construction and operation, marking Shanghai Chemical Industry Park achieving another important milestone in promoting the establishment of science and technology. At the same time, “SCIP+” Green Chemical Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition officially opens the third year, focusing on the “carbon neutral” proposition, and committed to reducing carbon emissions and energy saving for the chemical industry.

2021“SCIP+”绿色化学化工创新创业大赛,继续由中国石油和化学工业联合会、中国化工学会、上海化学工业区和华东理工大学主办,大赛协办单位包括中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司、上海华谊(集团)公司、中国石化上海高桥石油化工有限公司、苏伊士、彤程公益基金会、法国商务投资署、Brightlands Chemelot Campus和Impact Hub Shanghai等。本届大赛秉承“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念,以“碳中和”为命题,在清洁能源及其基础设施、节能提效管理及技术创新、新材料开发及新产品设计、碳捕获、利用与封存(CCUS)等领域开展创新创业企业和团队征集,提升化学化工行业的能源使用效率,降低化学化工行业碳排放。自6月起,大赛官网(http://plus.scip.com.cn)和微信平台进行公开招募,吸纳更多意愿为赛事提供合作资源,或组织开展企业指定命题各项工作的单位,成为大赛“创新伙伴”。
