Cao Wenlei, male, graduated from Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology in July 1995 with a master’s degree in engineering, is currently employed by Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. as deputy chief engineer, director of technical quality department and senior engineer, specialized in petroleum processing.
