Mr. Li Shousheng graduated from the Management School of Xi’an Jiaotong University. Being a senior economist and MBA degree holder, he is now a visiting professor to Xi’an Jiaotong University and Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
Mr. Li Shousheng had served successively as Deputy Director-General of Shaanxi Petrochemical Industry Department, Director-General of the Policies, Laws and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (MCI), Director-General of the Planning Department of MCI, Deputy Director-General of the Industrial Policies Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC), Deputy Director-General, Director-General of the General Affairs Department of SETC, Director-General of the Bureau of Performance Assessment of State Administration of State-owned Assets (SASAC), Director of the Bureau of In-house Logistics of SASAC and a Member of SASAC CPC Committee. Mr. Li was elected to be the Executive Vice Chairman of CPCIF in May 2010, and has taken the position of party secretary and acting chairman of CPCIF since January 2015. Mr. Li was elected to be the Chairman of CPCIF in Oct. 2015.
Mr. Li has been engaged in corporation management and macroeconomic performance analysis for a long time. He has led the establishment of the business performance evaluation system for state-owned companies and has very deep understanding of company and macroeconomic management. Mr. Li has published more than 200 articles and reports on national level journals and other publications.

Prof. Hua Wei is Executive Vice President and Secretary General of CIESC. She is the Former Vice President of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company and Chief Expert of Sinopec Group. She serves as Expert Advisory Committee member of Safety Committee of the State Council and Vice President of China Women’s Association for Science and Technology.
Prof. Hua devotes herself to petrochemical technology development and technical management in her career. She undertook and completed a number of key scientific and technological projects of the state and Sinopec. A number of technologies initiated or implemented by her and her team have been industrialized and promoted nationwide. She obtained 2 second prizes of National Technology Invention Awards, 3 second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Awards, 1 first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Awards, 1 first prize of Sinopec Technical Invention Awards, 7 first prizes of Sinopec Science and Technology Progress Awards. Owning 43 patents, she makes significant contributions to technical progress in petrochemical industry.
Fu Xiangsheng, born in Shouguang, Shandong, is a professor-level senior engineer. He graduated from Shandong Chemical Industry College (now Qingdao University of Science and Technology) with a bachelor’s degree; he finished his on-the-job graduate study as a major in economic management at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, and got a master’s degree.
In 1983, he was allocated a job in the Ministry of Chemical Industry after his graduation from the university, and worked in sequence as an assistant engineer and later an engineer at the Science and Technology Bureau (Department) under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the deputy chief and later the chief of the General Planning Division of the Science and Technology Bureau under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the deputy secretary of CPC and deputy president (deputy-director level) of the photosensitive chemical research institute under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the president (director level) of the science and technology research institute under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the vice general manager and a member of the CPC standing committee of China Haohua Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., the deputy secretary of CPC and the secretary of discipline inspection commission of China National Chemical Corporation, and at the same time for once the general manager and the secretary of CPC of China Haohua Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd..
In October 2015, he was transferred to China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and took the position of vice chairman, as well as chairman of Chemical Industrial Park Working Committee of CPCIF. He is an expert consultant for the industrial economic forecast and early warning. Also, he is the expert consultant of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and Academic Committee of Strategic Institute.
Wu Haijun, a professor-level senior engineer, graduated from East China Institute of Chemical Technology (which is now named as East China University of Science and Technology) in 1984 with major in chemical engineering. In 1997, he obtained the MBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
He is currently a member of the 13th Shanghai CPPCC, Chairman and Party Secretary of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd., also the Chairman of Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., and Director of Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co., Ltd. He is also the President of Shanghai Petroleum Association,and Chairman of the Presidium of Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO ).
Liu Xunfeng was born in May 1965 in Hanshan, Anhui Province. He received his Bachelor and Master degree in chemical engineering from East China Institute of Chemical Technology (currently East China University of Science and Technology), EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), and Ph.D. degree in management from Xi’an Jiaotong University. He also received the title of professor-level senior engineer.
Liu Xunfeng started his career as a technician at Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited in July 1989. Later on, he had successively held the posts of engineer and deputy chief engineer of aromatics plant, deputy chief engineer of ethylene plant, vice director of Investment and Engineering Department of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company, assistant general manager and deputy general manager of Shanghai Petrochemical Company.
Later on, he was appointed as board member and deputy general manager of Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Company Limited, and then board member and deputy general manager of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company Limited. Thereafter, he was elected as chairman of board of Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd, and President and board member of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company. Currently Dr. Liu Xunfeng is chairman of board of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company, chairman of board of Shanghai Huayi Group Corporation Limited, vice chairman of board of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company Limited. He also serves as president of Shanghai Society of Advanced Materials, vice chairman of the board of East China University of Science and Technology. He was honored as the 2nd session of Shanghai Municipal Industrial and Commercial Leader, 2018 Shanghai Outstanding Entrepreneur.
Gong Yanling, female, graduated from Tianjin University, majoring in chemical technology with master degree. She is a senior engineer, CPC member. Gong Yanling is the deputy secretary general of Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China (CIESC), member of China Women’s Association for Science and Technology.
Gong Yanling was a director journalist and editor in chief of China Chemical Information Weekly and China Chemical Reporter (CCR) which are national core journals sponsored by China National Chemical Information Center, a national information consulting agency. She led the team and won the first prize of national excellent journal in the field of petroleum and chemical industry for several times.
She has long been committed to energy and petrochemical information consultation and development research, published industry analysis and research report of about 150,000 word. She authored or participated in writing books or reports entitled Prospects for the Development of China’s Petroleum and Chemical Industry, Chemical Supply Chain Management and Trends, Research on Industrial Sustainable Development and Carbon Dioxide Emissions, General History of China’s Chemical Industry, Approaching Chemical Industry, Chemical Industry and Life.
She started working in CIESC in 2015 and was its office director, deputy director of evaluation center. At present, she is CIESC deputy secretary general and director of the academic exchange department, in charge of academic exchange, talent recommendation, scientific and technological service, comprehensive management and other related works, and is committed to building the society into a world leading society. She has won awards such as Advanced Individuals, Innovative Projects, and second prize of “Scientific and Technological Progress” of CIESC Science and Technology Award in 2019.

Mr. ZHU Jian (“Mr. ZHU”), aged 46, is the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company Limited.
Mr. ZHU previously worked at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone United Development Co., Ltd. and the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Administrative Commission. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. ZHU served as the Secretary of the board of directors of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company Limited (“SCIPD”). Mr. ZHU has been an assistant to President of SCIPD since 2005 and was promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2015.
Mr. ZHU graduated from the Accounting Department of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1996. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from China Europe International Business School in 2007.
Prof. Huifeng WANG is currently member of the Standing Committee of University Council and Vice President of East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST). She also serves as board member of Shanghai Association of Automation and China Instrument and Control Society.
Her research interests include sensor and weak signal detection technology, instrument safety and control system, integrated application of embedded technology and radio frequency technology, and artificial intelligence and intelligent perception technology.
Prof. WANG has long been engaging in teaching and research on automation, measurement and control technology and instruments, etc. Besides over 30 publications, she undertook a number of national programs including Major Instrument Project and Science and Technology Support Program. She lectured several courses such as Sensor Principles and Applications, compiled three series of teaching materials including Principles and Application of Fieldbus Control System, and actively participated in guiding college students in innovative practice and won many awards.
Meanwhile, Prof. WANG presided over the preparation and establishment of several industry-university-research joint laboratories, which played a certain supporting role to the key discipline construction both locally and nationally. Her project on “Strengthening engineering quality and innovation ability of students through industry-university cooperation, university-research interaction” took the First Prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement and Baosteel Education Award.

Mr. Yang Ting , Professor Senior Engineer,has been engaged in the planning of petroleum and chemical industry, consultation and study of engineering project, construction and management of engineering project, planning and management of chemical parks as well as market research of petroleum and chemical products. Mr. Yang has lead the organization teams who are working on “Guidelines on Standardized Development of Chemical Parks”, “Evaluation Guidelines of Green Chemical Parks”, “Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of China’s Chemical Parks”which are all guiding documents for chemical parks development. Mr. Yang has also undertaken the pre-planning, market research and project management of quite a few world-scale refining and coal chemical projects in China. In recent years, he has lead to complete over 50 research projects of national ministries and commissions and over 100 development plans for big-sized petrochemical enterprises, general development plans for chemical parks and initial consultation plans of Sino-foreign joint projects, as well as market demand forecast and production technology developing trend research of over 100 petroleum and chemical products. As the main drafter, he has also lead making China’s first National Standard about Chemical Parks “Management Regulations on Public Common Corridor s in Chemical Parks”, and amending over 30 national standards.
Frank Sizun manages the Industries & Cleantech Department of Business France in Mainland China and Hong-Kong since the beginning of 2017. Frank holds an engineering degree in aeronautics, transport, mechanics, and energy from ISAE-ENSMA.
He started his career working in Turkey in automotive sector before joining Ubifrance in 2008 to support the international development of French companies (Ubifrance changed its name to Business France in 2015). After a total of 12 years spent in Turkey, he was appointed to France in 2013 to work at the internationalization of some promising French companies. Frank speaks French, English and Turkish.

Antoine Grange has been appointed CEO of Recycling and Recovery of SUEZ in Asia since 2015.
In 2008, he joined SUEZ in the role of CEO of a subsidiary of SUEZ Group in France. Subsequent to that, he was CEO for SUEZ Group’s hazardous waste business in Europe, managing 11 business units and joint ventures for 40 industrial plants across France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
Before joining the group, he held a number of positions in the construction, handling major infrastructural projects in France.
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris, France and Techniche Universitat in Munich, Germany. He is a French Foreign Trade Advisor.
Mr. Jianhui Zhou graduated from Qingdao University of Science and Technology and achieved a bachelor’s degree of rubber products in 1985. He got an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai School of Economics and Management in June 2001. He later acquired an EMBA from China Europe International Business School in November 2011.
